Graphic & Web Design
Anything that needs to be aesthetically pleasing or formatted for easy reading. It’s a broad concept, but anything that you need printed or shown digitally so someone very quickly gets the idea, comprehends the information and, more importantly, is persuaded to do what you want them to do (typically “Buy Now” or “Sign Up”).
Marketing & Branding
Getting your name out there, having people listen, and persuading people to buy from you. Pure and simple. There are many ways to accomplish that, and depending on your industry and customer base, different methods work better than others.
Copywriting
Coherent messaging with an outcome. Knowing what to say that people are interested in, then convince them to do something. If it uses words in an type of business setting (internal or external), it’s copywriting. The difference between good and bad copywriting is how well its structured and how effective it communicates (informs, educates, and/or persuades).

I’m a one person, who isn’t afraid to talk on the phone, that provides straightforward answers and isn’t looking to win art awards. The only award that matters to me is a repeat client. Repeat clients only happen when they’re happy with the work and get results.
For small to medium sized businesses, I’m almost a one stop shop for your marketing needs. For the few things I don’t specialize in, I know people who you can either reach out to or have me manage.
Also, it means a smaller cost to you for the same amount of service. One person, low overhead.
What are you losing with me?
No fancy marketing office for you to visit. If you’re in Brevard county, or at least moderately near Melbourne, FL, I’ll drive out to you and shake your hand at your office or at a cafe. If we’re working with each other in a remote capacity, then this is a moot point anyways.
Scheduling with me is important. As a one man show, I can sometimes jump on things the same day, but more likely, projects need to be scheduled. If I’m booked out for a certain time, I’m booked and there’s not much that can be done about it.
No fancy administration and analytics software. It’s not the high monthly cost, it’s the time waste… but also the cost. A lot of agencies show off all this fancy dashboard, tracking software that clients only look at for 5 minutes every month, at most, and still call up to talk. My analytic reports are simple, straightforward PDFs that I export quickly. The amount of hours to maintain those dashboard is better spent actually accomplishing tangible work rather than figuring out the perfect knot for a fancy bow on the work itself.
Pricing Estimates 2025
Here are some pricing estimates for random projects. Please understand that these are ballpark estimates. I’m not attempting to be misleading, but think of it this way: Some brochures are more complicated than others like some coffee orders are more complicated than others. Some people ask for a coffee and just mean a regular black coffee. Others end up spouting out a novel for an order. We can all agree, one costs more than the other even though they’re both “coffees”. Same goes with everything in the design and marketing industry.
These price estimates are good for 2025 unless wild economic conditions happen.
I’m perfectly happy to answer any questions about pricing and provide quotes. I don’t play silly games like my quotes are only good for seven days or some other nonsense. As long as it’s within that calendar year and things are still economically similar, I’ll honor the quote. Just know, I will probably ask you back a bunch of questions about your project(s) and needs before I can give you a proper quote. Feel free to contact me.

Depends on complexity and “uniqueness”. Some people want a circle smiley face, some want the Mona Lisa.
Brochure: $150 – $600+
Depends on how much copywriting is needed and custom images.
Direct Mailer/Postcard: $75 – $400+
Depends on variants, marketing strategizing, copywriting and custom images.
Web Design & Development: $450 – $2,000+
Depends on complexity, amount of pages, copywriting, images and programming.
Copywriting
General Copywriting: $0.20 – $0.40
Blog & Article Writing: $0.35 – $0.50 per word (500 word article $175-$250)
Depends on complexity and technical the topic is, along with amount of research needed.
Proposal/Grant Writing: $0.50 – $0.70 per word

You will own the accounts. I don’t play the account hostage game.
I don’t do locked in 6-12 month contracts like other agencies. You pay for the next month’s work and if you’re still happy with the results, you pay for the next month for me to continue. SEO Quarterly Maintenance: $45-$90 (95% of local businesses don’t need monthly SEO maintenance, only quarterly)
Ecommerce/National Sized Business
Initial consultation: $150-$500+ (depends on size of website)
SEO Changes: $45/hour (Depends on the findings during the initial consultation, this can greatly vary)
SEO Weekly or Monthly Maintenance: This is custom determined to your needs, size and how cut-throat your competition is.
